I have a Masters degree in Human Communication and specialise in developmental disability. I am a qualified teacher with 32 years experience as a speech and language therapist and 4 years as a teacher. I can provide assessments, second opinions, detailed written reports, written programmes, individual therapy and attend review meetings. I am experienced in working with families, healthcare professionals, social services and schools in the following areas: Special Education Needs, behaviour management, AAC: PECS, TEACCH, Makaton, BSL, SSE, Signalong and speech output devices. I am able to provide staff training through formal presentations, informal talks and mentoring.
