The Lincolnshire local group is relatively new and small in numbers, but it is an excellent way to gain support and share ideas when working in the independent sector.
The group meets every 3 months, often during the week and currently rotates between therapists homes to minimise costs.
The aim of the group is to provide mutual support, help and encouragement to its members, with opportunities to discuss ideas, provide supervision and share information. The local group works closely with the ASLTIP executive committee to support information sharing and development.
The group is open to all ASLTIP members.
