Notice is hereby given that the Chair has called an EGM for the above date

and time, in order to ratify the postal ballot where members agreed to

change the quorum for ASLTIP Annual and Extraordinary General Meetings to 20

members (necessary as there was not a quorum at the recent AGM)

Strategic Planning Meeting

10.30am – 4pm

This is your chance to constructively discuss the future of ASLTIP

including:

Constitution

Local groups

Information pack

Executive roles

Marketing and awareness raising

Income generation

Other business

Morning and afternoon refreshments will be provided. A two course hot lunch

can be pre-ordered for £15
